The college occupies the space between governmental and private education . . Governmental education is owned and financed by the government while private education is owned by individuals or groups investing for profit . . As for non-governmental (Ahliأهلي ) education, on which is based Wad Medani Ahlia College, it is not-private and not-for-profit, and the legal owner is the Board of Trustees which consists of educators and philanthropists and others. The Board of Trustees is reconstituted at specific periods.

If we take into consideration the current global financial crisis, this type of education should prevail.
